I just got back from Egypt – working over there. Of course I looked at the motorcycle scene there. There are lots of small displacement machines there. The majority of them are Chinese. The Indian company, Bajaj, also has a large presence there.
There are a few sidecars around. These I found are Jawa or CZ and a little older. I saw IMZ/Ural outfits also.
People ride them a lot. Helmets are not worn much. The majority of the women ride Sidesaddle!
I will be going back to Egypt next month I think. I will get more fotos and more info on the Motorcycle Culture in Egypt and surrounding areas.
